Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (major in management). Completed MBA studies at Danube University Krems (Austria), specializing in strategic consulting and project management. Mr. Zdybicki has held executive positions in several multinational companies such as Mondi Świecie S.A., Frantschach Packaging AG, and E.ON Energie. Between 2003 and 2013, he was associated with Polenergia S.A., a company belonging to Kulczyk Investments Group. Initially, he was a shareholder in the company, and in the years 2008-2012, he held office as the Chairman of the Board. Starting from the year 2010 and until January 2013, he run a project for the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea. He was the first manager in Poland to receive wind farm location approvals and grid connection terms for 1200 MW. In the years 2013-2014, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Fair Minds Consulting Group Sp. z o.o. Since January 2014, he has been a partner in Delta Capital Group Sp. z o.o., a company operating in the financial sector. Mr. Zdybicki has also completed a course for prospective members of the supervisory boards of state-owned companies.
