The Company chooses financial instruments that offer optimum liquidity in the existing market conditions. Transactions on the secondary market of securities will be concluded in organized regulated markets, non-regulated markets (including the alternative trading system NEW CONNECT), and in unorganized markets.
The Company will hold several kinds of capital market instruments associated with different property rights:
• shares in Polish and foreign limited liability companies and their foreign counterparts (Ltd and LLC companies) entitling holders to a share in the property of the respective companies;
• stocks in Polish and foreign joint stock companies, including public companies (that is to say, companies listed on regulated and unregulated markets).
